What a wonderful day. We took this tour to get an understanding of the local area and wildlife - and we were not disappointed. Captain Bill and his wife Elaine were just awesome and extremely knowledgeable describing the many areas and their colorful history.

The pure rugged beauty was more then the camera lens could possibly display, The dolphins put on an absolute show that day as if they knew they were getting their picture taken. We also saw many different types of birds, many that we had never seen before.

Overall, it was a great day and one we will do again if we get the chance. Thank you Captain Bill and Elaine.

All I can say is “WOW”. Took a 3-hour tour late in the day for some dolphin spotting and hopefully a sunset. Captain Bill expertly guided us, finding a secluded beach where we stopped from some refreshments. Extremely hospitable and well prepared, providing everything we needed. Then came the dolphins. Truly wish I had my camera ready as I missed the best shots as there were dozens all around us. Day ended perfectly with the perfect sunset. Thank you Billigan Tours for a memorable day.

Awesome boat tour today by Captain Bill and Elaine! The boat is in wonderful shape, very comfortable and clean. The scenery amazing. Our hosts’ knowledge re history, nature, and boating was so interesting. And, fun fact, did you know Ben and JLo have a home nearby and were married here 2 years ago? Lots of pelicans, and birds. At one point we were surrounded by porpoises! Had a spectacular time. Our hosts are super friendly and easy communicators. Be sure to schedule….you won’t be disappointed.

Bill and Elaine were wonderful on our tour to St. Catherine’s island! They were very informative of the local history and geography, played great music, stopped for dolphins and had champagne after a truly magical proposal on the island that they made possible. Thanks to both of you!

My (now) fiancee and I recently took a tour of St. Catherine's Island and the surrounding waterways through Billigan Tours. Let me say up front that 5 stars aren't enough for the first class hospitality, attention to detail, and personal care that Bill and his lovely wife Elaine provided to us that day.

They both helped me secretly plan the perfect proposal on St. Catherine's Island, and then pulled out all the stops to make this a day that we will consider to be one of the greatest in our entire lives. They led an expert and detailed tour as we approached the island and took us to a cove where they all but guaranteed us to see dolphins. We saw at least a dozen in one pod—maybe up to 20—eating, jumping, and swimming right up to the boat to check us out, and then dropped us off to walk the beaches of St. Catherine's. Eventually I popped the question and thanks to Bill and Elaine, my fiancee was completely surprised. We returned to our boat and Bill and Elaine already had the champagne ready for us and shared our first toast as we embarked on the next adventure of our lives together.

Bill and Elaine went above and beyond to make this the most magical day of our lives so far. I cannot more strongly recommend Billigan Tours and will be sharing this story with all our friends in the area. We'll be voyaging with them again in the future, that is for certain. To Bill and Elaine once again, THANK YOU!!!

I highly recommend Billigan Tours. The tour was a great way to see the waterways while we were on our coastal getaway for the weekend. Bill was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of cool facts about the surrounding area. I really enjoyed seeing the porpoises come up so close to the boat. The sunset was magnificent! Can't wait for another tour when we come back to Colonels Island this summer! We look forward to checking out St Catherines Island on our next tour. Thanks Bill for a fun adventure!
